A sampling manifold offers multiple sampling points in one compact setup.
It allows operators to draw samples at different timepoints or from the same location in the process—supporting detailed process monitoring. Valves or clamps ensure each line remains closed off until use. This is essentially a variation of the sample set, designed for more (complex) sampling needs.
While filling the sample bags can be automated via valves or servo-controlled clamps, the disconnection or removal of samples is always done manually. It’s ideal for quality control, time-course sampling, or parallel validation during production.
