Class 7 Cleanrooms in operation
In Uithoorn we have 2 production cleanrooms with a total surface of 140 m2. Both cleanrooms meet the same standard ISO 14644-1 class 7 in operation. In addition to the ISO class, cGMP regulations are applied in our processes. With this we meet the demand from the pharmaceutical industry.
Our product flow has been optimized so that the delivered product quality meets all customer requirements, while the output of both cleanrooms almost doubled. Qualified CR Operators are employed and we produce according to our Quality management System, that is controlled by an independent Quality department.
Enhanced Production Capacity
One of our hallmarks is adaptability. We understand that demand in the pharmaceutical industry can be unpredictable.
That's why, thanks to our multi-site certificate, we have the ability to extend our production capacity when needed. By utilizing the capacity of our two different cleanrooms with the same certification, we can ensure that our clients' needs are met promptly and efficiently, without compromising on quality.
